How the network works
RELDAVO is a platform in its own right. In every country it operates through an authorised operator that guarantees local compliance and handles employers and workers on the ground. For Croatia and the EU market, the authorised operator is EMPRA — until a local operator appears for a given country. This way RELDAVO provides the technology, verification and Workforce Passport, while operators provide local execution.
